What should you include in your message?
A few details help us answer you on the first reply:
- The name of your company in TagOrbit, if you have an account.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead, and any message you saw.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
Please never send a password. We will never ask you for one.
How do you make a privacy request?
Write to the same address and tell us what you would like: to see, correct or delete your personal data. Our privacy policy explains your rights and how we handle them.
To delete an account and its data, write to us at the same address. There is no delete button in the application yet.
How do you report a security problem?
Write to info@tagpulse.ai with what you found and how to see it again. Please give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else. Our page on security and your data has more detail.
