Your data is stored on servers in Nuremberg, Germany, in the European Union. Every connection is encrypted, every company's data is kept apart inside the database itself, and the data is backed up every day.
Where is my data stored?
TagOrbit and its database run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Visitors reach those servers through Cloudflare, which provides the domain name service and an encrypted tunnel. Every connection uses HTTPS.
How is my company's data kept apart from other companies?
Every company's data is separated from every other company's by rules inside the database, called row-level security. The application does not have to remember to filter your data: the database itself refuses to show one company's records to another.
Who in my team can change what?
Each person in your company has one of three roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including categories, form design, the team and company settings |
| Editor | Add and edit records, alerts and reports, but not the setup or the team |
| Viewer | See everything and change nothing |
Every change is kept with its author, the time, and the value before and after. The Story tab of each record shows that history.
How are backups made?
The data is backed up every day. Daily backups are kept for 14 days and weekly backups for 90 days. We also keep one backup from the first day of each month; these monthly backups do not have a set end date yet.
What does the AI see?
AI features run on our server. They send only what the feature needs to Anthropic's Claude: the sentence that describes your business, the receipt you dropped in, the names of your import columns, or your question for a report. The AI never changes your data by itself. You see what it proposes and decide. Each company has a daily limit on AI use.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your data at any time, as CSV or Excel files. To delete an account and its data, write to info@tagpulse.ai. There is no delete button in the application yet.
What do you not offer yet?
We would rather tell you now than let you find out later. TagOrbit does not offer these yet:
- Two-factor sign-in or single sign-on.
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
- Self-service deletion of an account.
How do I report a security problem?
Write to info@tagpulse.ai with what you found and how to see it again. Please give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else. Security researchers can also find our contact details in the standard file at /.well-known/security.txt.
