In short
- TagOrbit is a service for businesses. These terms are the agreement between us and your company.
- Your company owns its data and can export it at any time.
- Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. You review what it proposes and decide, and it never changes your data by itself.
- The price is €22 per user per month. Nothing is charged before paid subscriptions open, and we will tell you before any charge.
- We tell you at least 14 days before an important change to these terms takes effect.
These terms are the agreement between us and the company that uses TagOrbit. By creating a TagOrbit account for your company, you accept them on your company's behalf. Please read them before you start.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
TagOrbit is provided by ΑΦΟΙ ΚΑΛΟΦΟΡΙΔΗ ΟΕ (AFOI KALOFORIDI OE), a general partnership established in Greece ("we", "us"). Our details are in section 19.
- "You" and "your company" mean the company that uses TagOrbit. "Users" means the people your company invites to TagOrbit.
- By creating an account for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
- Our data processing agreement is part of these terms. It covers the personal data your company records in TagOrbit. On that subject, it takes priority over these terms.
- Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data for our own purposes.
2. The service
TagOrbit is a web application for tracking what your company owns, who holds it, what it needs and when. It runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. There is nothing to install.
We keep improving TagOrbit, so its features may change over time.
Alerts appear inside the application. TagOrbit does not send alerts by e-mail.
3. Accounts and the people you invite
- Each person's account belongs to one company.
- Your administrators invite people by e-mail and give each person a role: Admin, Editor or Viewer. Roles decide who can change what.
- Your company is responsible for the people it invites and for what they do in TagOrbit.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. If you think someone has used an account without permission, tell us at once at info@tagpulse.ai.
4. Acceptable use
You and your users must not:
- use TagOrbit for anything unlawful, or store content in it that is unlawful or that you have no right to use;
- record personal data about people without a lawful basis, or without informing them where the law requires it;
- upload malicious software, or anything else that could harm TagOrbit or other people;
- try to reach another company's data, or get around roles, security measures or usage limits;
- test the security of TagOrbit without our written permission;
- overload or disrupt TagOrbit, for example with automated mass requests;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer TagOrbit, except where the law allows it;
- resell, rent or sublicense TagOrbit, or remove our notices from it.
5. Your data
- Your company owns the data it records in TagOrbit: its records, files and settings. We claim no rights in it beyond what we need to provide TagOrbit.
- We process your data only to provide TagOrbit to your company, as the data processing agreement sets out. We do not sell it.
- Your company's data is kept apart from every other company's by rules inside the database itself.
- Your company can export its data at any time as CSV or Excel files.
- Your company is responsible for the data it records, including having a lawful basis for any personal data in it.
6. Features that use artificial intelligence
Some features use AI. They propose a setup for your business from one sentence, propose fields, read receipts and invoices, match the columns of an import file, turn a question into a report and draft translations of the application's texts.
- AI proposals and readings can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them.
- AI never changes your data by itself. You see what it proposes, and you decide what to keep.
- What you keep and save is your company's responsibility.
- To produce an answer, a feature sends only what it needs to Anthropic's Claude: for example your sentence, the receipt, the column names or your question. We keep AI requests for 30 days to fix problems, as our privacy policy explains.
- There is a daily usage limit per company.
7. Fees
- Creating an account is free.
- The price of TagOrbit is €22 per user per month. Every feature is included. There is no limit on records and no extra charge per item.
- Billing starts only when paid subscriptions open. We will tell you before any charge.
- We announce price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
8. Availability
We work to keep TagOrbit available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or for a set share of the time. TagOrbit may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or updates, or because of problems outside our control.
We back up all data every day.
9. Suspension and ending the agreement
- Your company can stop using TagOrbit at any time. To close your company's account and delete its data, an administrator writes to us at info@tagpulse.ai. TagOrbit has no delete button for this.
- We may suspend access for a user or for your company if these terms are broken, if TagOrbit or other people are put at risk, or if the law, a court or an authority requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- We may end the agreement if your company seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
- The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue after the end, such as those on data deletion, liability and governing law, continue to apply.
10. Your data after the agreement ends
- When the agreement ends, you first get the chance to export your data.
- Then we delete your company's data from TagOrbit, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Copies in our daily backups are deleted after 14 days, and copies in our weekly backups after 90 days. We also keep one backup from the first day of each month; these monthly backups do not have a set end date yet.
11. Intellectual property
- TagOrbit, its software, its design and its texts belong to us or our licensors. During the agreement, your company and its users may use TagOrbit for your company's own business. You receive no other rights, and in particular no right to use the TagOrbit name or logo.
- Your data stays yours, as section 5 says.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you and without keeping them confidential.
- The gallery. If your company publishes a setup to the gallery, only its structure is published, never your records. You allow other TagOrbit customers to use that setup, and us to show it in the gallery. Publish only setups you have the right to share. We check each publication before it appears.
12. No warranties
TagOrbit is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that:
- TagOrbit will meet every need of your company;
- it will run without interruption or errors;
- AI proposals, AI readings, estimated service dates and alerts will always be correct or complete;
- every error will be corrected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of TagOrbit, such as loss of profit, data, use or goodwill. This includes loss caused by:
- decisions made on the basis of alerts, estimated service dates, AI proposals or AI readings;
- interruptions of the service;
- data that is lost or changed.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
14. Your responsibility for claims
Your company is responsible for the content that it and its users put into TagOrbit. If someone makes a claim against us because of that content, or because your company or its users broke these terms, your company compensates us for the resulting loss and reasonable costs.
15. Consumers
TagOrbit is meant for businesses. If mandatory consumer protection law of the European Union applies to you anyway, it prevails over these terms, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under it.
16. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply where they give more protection. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory consumer protection law lets a consumer bring proceedings in their country of residence.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For material changes, we tell you by e-mail or with a clear notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using TagOrbit before it takes effect. If you continue to use TagOrbit after that, the new terms apply.
18. If part of these terms is invalid
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
